We offer support services in line with our current support agreement to our partners and customers with valid maintenance contracts.
All services may only be used subject to provision of the contract number.
InfoZoom Helpdesk
The hotline/help desk facility is a contact point for users whose regular use of InfoZoom is impaired by sudden technical problems or who are unable to solve a complex problem despite having studied the operating instructions.
Contacting the help desk via e-mail, contact form or telephone:
- Recording of the problem and subsequent response by phone or e-mail. The answer will be given within a period of time that is suitable to the nature of the problem and agreed upon with the customer.
- Direct help or information by phone
If a problem can only be solved by intervention in the source code, humanIT will work out and provide the customer with solutions to bypass the problem, if possible. A permanent, appropriate problem solution will be provided later as a patch or maintenance release.
